The Aviator ProjectNo, it's not the movie. It's the Aviator Ultimate Logbook, a desktop designed to help pilots track the information they need to stay on top of their game. Infotrakker Software has worked with the folks at Elite Software, LLC to produce the finest pilot log book program available. Some of the challenges of this project were synchronizing data from 3 different places - the desktop (an Access database), the web server (a Microsoft SQL Server database) and the handheld devices (a flatfile text database). Infotrakker Software designed, built, and tested the routine needed to bring all this data together safely and quickly.
Work Management Project
Big projects mean tons of paperwork, dozens of teams working on sub-projects, material supply chains which must be maintained and tweaked - in short, it's a nightmare to try and handle a big project using old paper-and-ink methods. Infotrakker software was brought in by Swales Aerospace, the Naval Research Laboratory, and NASA/Goddard space center to help develop a software program to assist project teams with tracking their projects.
